We are able to make any changes until the payment is posted. In this case, please contact us by phone or email.
Until when can I make a deposit?
The waiting period for payment is 5 days. The transfer should be posted until the deadline expires otherwise the order will be automatically canceled. It is not possible to extend the payment deadline.

How can I get a refund?
We send the return by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
Is it possible to make an amendment in a submitted order?
Until the order is delivered for execution, the customer may cancel or change the order. In the case of transferring an order for processing, it is automatically forwarded to the warehouse. Therefore, it is not possible to make any changes to it.

Can two orders be combined?
Yes, but in the case when the first order has not yet been sent. Then both orders are sent simultaneously (in one package) and we charge the shipping fee only once.
